MyBrand Refund Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Refund Policy governs all refunds related to MyBrand subscription services and one-time fees. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the MyBrand Terms of Service & Policies.

By subscribing to or using MyBrand services, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.


2. General Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated in this Policy, all payments made to MyBrand are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited and subject to the conditions outlined below. Refunds are issued solely at MyBrand’s discretion and in accordance with this Policy.


3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable

No refunds or credits are issued for:

Partial months

Unused time

Downgrades

Service dissatisfaction

Failure to use the Services

Cancellation of a monthly subscription stops future billing only and does not entitle the client to a refund of any previously paid amounts.


4. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund only if canceled within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial purchase date.

Refund eligibility during this period is governed by the Cancellation Policy.

After the initial 30-day period:

Annual subscriptions become non-refundable

No prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued

Access to the Services will continue through the end of the subscription term


5. Non-Refundable Fees & Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances, once work has begun or access has been provided:

Setup fees

Onboarding fees

Migration or data transfer fees

Custom development, configuration, or integration services

One-time services, consulting, or professional services

Promotional, discounted, or bundled offers

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of usage, or perceived lack of results.


6. Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal:

Does not constitute a valid cancellation or refund request

May result in immediate account suspension or termination

Does not relieve payment obligations under the Terms

MyBrand reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation, including acceptance of this Refund Policy.


7. No Guarantees of Results

MyBrand does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial performance, or business results.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

Performance expectations

Revenue outcomes

Lead volume

Marketing or sales results


8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Any applicable fees charged by payment processors may be deducted where permitted by law


9. Policy Updates

MyBrand reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated electronically.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.


10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
