MyBrand SaaS Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyBrand. We are dedicated to providing you with superior software solutions that enhance your business operations. To ensure clarity and protect both parties, we have established the following Cancellation Policy. By subscribing to MyBrand services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Terms
a.Monthly Subscriptions
: Monthly subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by the client.
b.Annual Subscriptions
: Annual subscriptions are billed annually and provide a discount compared to monthly billing. The subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled by the client.
3. Cancellation Procedures
a.Monthly Subscriptions
: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time. To cancel, clients must submit a cancellation request through their account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected] at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle.
b.Annual Subscriptions
: Clients may cancel their annual subscription within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, and the service will continue until the end of the subscription period. Cancellation requests must be submitted through account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
4. Refunds
a.Monthly Subscriptions
: No refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions. Clients are responsible for any charges incurred up to the cancellation date.
b.Annual Subscriptions
: Refunds for annual subscriptions are only available if canceled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Clients will have access to the service for the remainder of the subscription term.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
a.Non-Payment
: If a payment is not successfully processed, the system will automatically retry the payment. If the payment attempt fails again, the account will be suspended. Clients must update their payment information or contact support at [email protected] to reactivate their account. Suspended accounts may be subject to a reactivation fee.
b.Violation of Terms
: MyBrand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our platform. Suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
Clients may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time. Changes to the subscription plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Clients will be charged the new subscription rate at the next billing date.
7. Service Availability
MyBrand strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service disruptions. No refunds or credits will be issued for downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyBrand’s liability for any issues related to subscription cancellation or refunds is limited to the amount paid by the client for the current subscription period. MyBrand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Whether you’re in the middle of your planned cycle or under an agreement, you can switch plans. If you make the change in the middle of a cycle, it will take effect at the end of the current cycle. If you’re under an agreement, the agreement will remain in place, but you can adjust your plan up or down on the price scale as needed.

Yes, you’re able to cancel at any time. If you’re on an agreement, you’ll be charged the remaining amount for the duration of the agreement. If you are on a month-to-month plan, you need to send a cancellation request 30 days in advance to [email protected].

Yes, you can use your custom domain. If you don’t have one, we’ll provide you with a free themybrand.com domain name. It will look like this: yourdomain.themybrand.com. Having a custom domain name makes you look more professional online. However, you can quickly get started without one and always add a custom domain later if you prefer.
