MyBrand Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of all MyBrand subscription services. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the MyBrand Terms of Service & Policies.

By subscribing to or using MyBrand services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy in full.


2. Subscription Types

MyBrand offers subscription services that may include, but are not limited to:

Monthly subscriptions

Annual subscriptions

Custom or promotional subscription plans

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.


3. How to Cancel

Clients may submit a cancellation request using one of the following methods:

Through their MyBrand account dashboard

By contacting MyBrand Support at [email protected]

Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed in writing to be considered valid.


4. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the next billing date.

If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than five (5) business days before the next billing date, the upcoming charge may still be processed.

No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time.


5. Annual Subscription Cancellations

Annual subscriptions may be canceled within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial purchase date.

Cancellations within the first 30 days may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

After the first 30 days:

Annual subscriptions become non-refundable

No prorated refunds or credits will be issued

Access to the Services will continue through the end of the paid subscription term


6. Non-Cancellable Fees & Services

The following are non-cancellable and non-refundable once work has begun:

Setup fees

Onboarding fees

Migration or data transfer fees

Custom development or configuration work

One-time services or professional services

Cancellation of a subscription does not cancel outstanding balances for completed or in-progress services.


7. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period

Access to the Services may be limited or terminated after the subscription period ends

You are responsible for exporting any data prior to the end of service

MyBrand is not responsible for data loss following account termination.


8. Account Suspension & Cancellation for Non-Payment

If a payment attempt fails:

MyBrand may automatically retry the payment

Continued failure may result in account suspension

Access may be restricted until payment is resolved

Accounts canceled or terminated due to non-payment are not eligible for refunds.


9. Cancellation for Policy Violations

MyBrand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of:

Applicable laws or regulations

Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds or credits.


10. No Workarounds or Exceptions

Cancellation requests made through third parties, payment processors, chargebacks, or disputes do not constitute valid cancellation and do not relieve payment obligations.

Clients must follow the cancellation procedures outlined in this Policy.


11. Policy Updates

MyBrand reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or communicated electronically.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.


12. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
